In promode you can change your direction in between strafes by utilizing the +forward aircontrol, and by doing so change the mouse move needed for optimum accel. I call a variant of this technique "antistrafing," but theres probably a more descriptive term.
This doesn't mean the hud isn't useful in cpm, or that what it displays is wrong, only that it has to be used differently for the best result.
Basically, if you do a vq3 strafe in cpm you'll fail, and you shouldn't need a hud to tell you that :)

I play shitloads of CPMA, I don't have an rj-bind :s but yes I've seen ppl using it, most of them suck at hiding it. But most of the cpma players don't even bother to use an rj-bind, because rj'ing is pretty standard to them.

ok.. first of all, not all Russians defend scripting, you fucking racist turds. There are way more players in Defrag than Russians, so the chances of more Russians to be using scripts or bots is false at its core. So stop your whining racist comments.

Second of all, Defrag is not about automating your runs, do that offline if you want, but don't log times that are scripted into db. Yes, I heard "I can't do stairs, I can't do rj's properly..." Who gives a fuck! You are human, not a bot. So if your curly fingers only press at 5 times per second be happy, don't make it 0.01 bla bla condescending bullshit. This game is about becoming more consistent WITH YOUR FINGERS, not with binds/scripts/bots. So if you don't want a random element of human mechanics affecting your times, play offline. Its as simple as that.

Third of all, rules changed, HK, what if times logged with scripts/binds (not bots) are before the changes? In that case I would say it makes sense to only delete those times, not whole accounts.
