The speed at which he sets these times is inded suspicious. Rarely people are that stupid and I didn't check it.
However the first page is entirely plausible. Those times are mostly just a few frames faster. On maps with 3 players the gaps tend to get bigger. Only on the second page you get gaps that are not that reasonable.

When you report players for cheating PLEASE name the player(even better a link to the profile page) and point me to a specific map. I don't have the time to look at all the times and guess what you are talking about.
I am going to watch the demos of "line".
