Site Administrator Qualification and Q3DF Administrators Act

Any person who wishes to run for site administrator of q3df.org has to fulfil stringent qualifications set out by Crysis Warhead, which are as follows:

- He must be a citizen of one of the following countries:
Australia
Austria
Belgium
Canada
Czech Republic
Denmark
Estonia
France
Germany
Greece
Hong Kong
Iceland
Ireland
Latvia
Lithuania
Malaysia
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway
Portugal
Russia
Singapore
South Korea
Spain
Switzerland
Taiwan
United Kingdom
United States

- He must be a resident of his country of origin at the date of his nomination.

- He must not be subject to any of the following disqualifications:
(a) insults to other people or profanity;
(b) power abuses on q3df.org or commited any of the offenses under the Q3DF Administrators Act;
(c) having multiple citizenships or voluntarily acquired the citizenship of, or exercised rights of citizenship in, a foreign country, or having made a declaration of allegiance to a foreign country;
(d) he must be completely free from removal records under the Q3DF Administrators Act.

- He must have for a period of not less than three years held power —
as an administrator of his q3df.org server, moderator of the q3df.org forum, manager of any DeFRaG World Cup, or site administrator of ws.q3df.org.
