Loading demos

I go to load a demo off of the q3df site and it doesn't even show up in my demos folder. So i tried changing the file name to dm_68 like all the other demos and it shows up but will send me back to the home screen. Is there an easy fix for this?

Can has many reasons. Type /condump anyfilename.txt and post content here.

Might not have pk3 of the recorded map or running client from wrong folder. Playing online access &app.data folder usually while playing offline getting resources by local install path of your quake3 eg. C:\games\quake 3

However depends on your shortcut settings and maybe executed batch files.

if you haven't got the map the demo can't be loaded =p
download manually then. autodownload maps must b enabled with correct dl_source
