With Defrag? Almost Zilch. Nada.

Defrag came into existence before cataloguing every minute detail of games in a wiki was a thing. Most of the tutorials and discussion of techniques that were made no longer exist because the sites that hosted them have been shut down. It's an old game, that's why. For someone to take it upon them selves to go back and summarize all that info would be quite a big undertaking, for not much gain. (The glossar in the "how to defrag" subforum isn't bad though.)
Explains everything you need to know in a good manner
Demanding wiki/video tutorials isn't going to happen
There's also a difference from other games in that Defrag isn't designed. That also means it's not structured in a way that makes it obvious how to learn/teach it. There's no set of features, there's just a long list of increasingly subtle engine bugs. And ultimately (it's already been said) it's not a game you could learn from a wiki, any more than you could learn to skateboard from a wiki. You need to watch other people and try to emulate them. Ask questions as needed, people will be happy to answer.
tl;dr this is an old, obscure game. Set your expectations accordingly.
