Good question. Why not make a poll on this?

I once read something like "British scientists proved that right mouse click makes your hand tired after a while and leads to bad aiming bla bla bla". Not sure about competence of that article though.

On the other hand, I know some pro strafers who jump with mouse2 - for shorter jump presses?
I tried to retrain myself, but it seems impossible after like 10 years jumping using space bar.

I also noticed that a good keyboard can have a space bar capable of shorter jump presses than an average mouse (measured in frames using mdd proxy mod). At least on the 1st cj.

I would like to know the jump button of other pro strafers, dfwc finalists etc.

By the way, I was surprised to know that cypher jumps using space bar. In my opinion, he has the best movement in quakelive pro duel scene, and he uses space!

Tsk, I became a fluent mouse2 jumper after 11 years with space.

Still using space when fragging though.

I find depressing space bar take more distance/time than mouse button, so I am a MOUSE2 guy.

Btw I also tried mouse1 for jumping! To me it felt better than mouse2, but only in pure strafes. As soon as I had to shoot, I got confused.
