Add gb time bar and value in milliseconds, preferably working with ping
It cant be predicted easily, but might be offseted based on ping value
Also it has to appear instantly on landing with 200+ negative z speed, if there was a shot from splash gun withing 200 ms (doesnt cover nades and prerockets, but is good for most cases)
Lightning gun also can have splash tho
Other idea is weapon switching/realoading time bar

Solved:
MSVC doesn't

so include some windows header or define it yourself.
Without this the calling convention isn't set, and vmMain has a name other than the one q3 wants.

What happened to the rest of cgs_t?
Is there a way to access defrag score info with this mod?
