Defrag web installer (experimental)

I have made this little web installer for Defrag. The quake 3 file pak0.pk3 is still required and a connection to the internet too. The installer is only for windows.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it installs Defrag

a .bat file can do that. I am more interested in what does it do except copy the contents of the zip into the quake3 directory?
