"RSTM" stands for "Record Script Test Map". It's intended for testing the performance of the record script when 5 players fall through 20 start and stop triggers at the same time.
So it's not reeeeally a bad map since it fulfills exactly its purpose.

However, in the end the video made a good point.
"Are you kidding me?!"
