I wanna validate demos

I'll take the role of alien; blame everyone for timescaling and random OBs.

The main task for Validators is to spot suspicious demos.
They have to carefully watch the demos they are assigned by the system and point out in which way the demo is probably not legit.
Technical knowledge about the inner workings of defrag or just a considerable amount of experience in playing defrag is helpful but not required(group decision)
