Are you sure that everything is ready? Site/upload/automatic demovalidation, anticheat, rules - this must been updated for current DFWC.

I assume.. dfwc2012 provides great background. Ask them if they want to change anything. When they planned DFWC in October/November, they should have everything well prepared now.

You don't have to hurry your competition if the first round will be a warm-up.

About that prize foundation. I would root for cups, medals or any other things(with mass) for memories and free space on shelf, not money. Cash prize should be from a sponsor, not donors.

I don't want to argue this, but I think it devalues the tournament a bit, maybe even the community and game as well. If there is a prize pool, and if I have the chance, I will donate a bit, so don't assume it's because I'm stingy!
