Needs more polling. Fixed.

Also, does he spam a line every second and is very persistant about it? There are no timestamps in the screenshot.
Is that a 4e server?
I thought i fixed that spamming issue.

It was on GTK CPM.

I wasnt using iodfengine, but flood was intense (it was more like 10+ lines/second), and other players who were here could attest.

Sometimes he was kicked by the server due to flooding, sometimes he wasnt. In both case he kept spamming and reconnecting like this during at least 5 minutes.
