q3df.org is finally revived!

I've found q3df.org is inaccessible with 500 Internal Server Error. A bit later, I check back the website and saw all of the records are ruined (erased) and I won't able to login even if registered. Also forum is not working with Too Many Connections (1040) error.

Now, finally, all data in q3df.org is finally restored from backup and work perfectly again!
