Reason: Mass kicking players in servers

Administrators please advised: Give him a warning, if you found he is a repeater, he will get banned for 5 years so he cannot create a new account. Also ban his IP address so he cannot access the website.

Edit: Administrators, if his account and IP is banned, remove all of his records.
