flow_online causes ping and lags?!

somehow each time we vote this map it starts to lag and server almost dieing
but when we change to other maps it works fine
previously it worked fine.

Yes, somehow this issue appeared out of nowhere. I have no idea what causes it but we are already looking into it. "flow_online" is not the only map.
