503 Service Unavailable ?

Sometimes it happens that I can't download maps from q3a.ath.cx. HTTP error is just as in subject.
Any ideas? Broken HTTP server?

I asked Pan-(G) the administrator of q3a.ath.cx . He told me that this is absolutely normal. This error message is displayed when you try to download a pk3 more than twice.
