The rules don't forbid using multiple accounts or logging in for other people.

It gets problematic when the person already HAS a logged time on the map on his own account or intends to make a time later since it results in having more than 1 time on a map.
It is already the case for over 1 year (e.g. hoopz on bardok-avp - may2008)

I can't believe nothing was done by the admins with even direct proof with multi times on the same map by same person. What is the whole point of logging in then? Just take it off sense it is meaningless.

yep those times are atleast not mine, reported them in pinboard earlier,
better to delete all of my times on those 2 maps as i dont have any idea anymore what is my best time made by me

What does that mean? Almoast all players have multiple times on one map. Could you define your "direct proof" a bit more precise?
Also, if no one tells us, we don't do anythnig. We are not defrag players, so don't expect us to know everything that is going on.
