How to REALLY DeFRaG?

How do I get magic powers?
Some players appear to have special abilities, like they're playing a slightly different game.
I'm sure they're using totally natural, legit methods, so I should be able to learn them, right?

Slightly off topic: I notice that many of the fastest players having weird looking, unreproducible mouse behavior. It is definitely a coincidence and not worth considering.
Neither is their key press/release timing nor the accurate synchronization of actions with various physic states.
