going back to the start with weapons

There are some maps where you can grab a weapon and then go back to the start, like this map.

Resetting the timer is allowed on our servers.
However many offline competitions do not allow it.

radiant should have "wait -1" by default in triggers. tr its not nice
my english is bad! :/
