hello

i have some problems with my mouse settings! i play with a razer lachesis and dont know the right adjustment for good strafe/circle and rocketjumps, in generall for a good defrag experience!
if the value of \in_mouse is positive (1,2, ...) the mouse doesnt works properly. if its negativ, it works better but f.e. with \in_mouse -1 my circle jumps are much worser than with \in_mouse -3 or somethin.

can someone explain me the meaning of this variable and what value is most stable and comfortable?

thank you

in_mouse -1/1 - mouse moving data processed programmatically from OS (win, linux)
in_mouse 2 - mouse moving data processed to df immediately wihout OS ("raw processing" whatever it is)
in *nix systems -1\1 may provoke strange mouse movement
(imho "in_mouse 2" best value)

will be nice, if someone, who has more q3\df console experience, confirm this
(sorry for google translate here ;) )

for advanced controllers ("not mouse") - "1" value

I'm dumb...

-1: Windows sens "multiplier" is applied.
0: No mouse input, obviously.
1: Direct input.
2: Raw input. I guess this is the best method, but I don't know the difference between direct and raw. From the words used, they seem the same :x
wtf i have a signature?

One thing worth noting,
The cvars for Raw/Direct mouse input differs between dfengine and iodfe.

dfengine: in_mouse -1
iodfe: in_mouse 3

dfe and iodfe readmes say following:
in_mouse [-1,3]
enable the mouse with mode: -1: Win32; 1: DirectInput; 3: Raw Input
