New to Defrag, searching friends

I'm new to defrag world, i just remember the trickhouse for q3a but i never tried to play it seriously.
I really want to learn how to defrag: where i can start?
there's somebody able to help me directly ingame?

The best way to learn is by spectating other players. Use df_chs0_Draw 1 so you can see their keypresses.

Thanks both, i will check all the videos.
most of times i spectate other players but i still got some strange problem also with strafe jumping (i got ups very slowly so probably i do something wrong).

Btw thanks for the tips.
There are still Co-op defrag maps?

yes, shio has a bunch of co op df maps but they are pretty difficult for beginners
