2 or higher is optimal for defrag? Why is this?

I have a suggestion. It would be ideal to have a short explanation of what the cvars do right under each individual setting, or at the bottom of the page. (I see the mouse over tips, but a more thorough note is needed.) Also, default fov shouldn't be 140. Otherwise, this is a good start!

EDIT (More settings):

- dl_source "http://ws.q3df.org/getpk3bymapname.php/%m"
- Option to modify pmove_fixed and g_synchronousClients for offline and online. (I still see people sending in demos with incorrect settings.)
- df_demos_cameramode "8" (No minicam in top right)
- df_ar_speedcapture_format "1" (Correct CTF demo format)
- df_ghosts_AutoMode "0" (Disable ghosts)
- in_keyboardshortcuts "1" (Enable use of the windows key)
- cg_noprojectiletrail "1" (No smoke)

also @nebula I already have a dl_source in there, is it incorrect? yours is different but I'm not sure if it matters.
