where can i get a defrag mod?

i really want to play defrag, but have no idea how to set it up.
i downloaded dfengine and pak0 from Q3MIN, i really have no clue what im doing.

i tried to follow the steps in the "getting started" post in this forum, proinstaller couldn't install it, and the link for the defrag mod doesn't work. =(

Get defrag_1.91.20.zip and extract it into the quake3 folder. Then you are set.
