DFengine. Autodownload not working

Hey guys. Just recently installed Windows 7 and now autodownload won't work with dfengine anymore. i think it has something to do with the write protection on the baseq3 folder, and i tried to turn off the security, but it still won't work. anybody have an idea of what i need to do to get this to work? i hate having to exit the game and go to the map database everytime the server changes maps.

cl_mapautodownload "1"

Check permissions on all of the folders. Check if a firewall is blocking dfengine. Also, which version of dfengine are you using?

lol it works! thanks nebula. i forgot that i needed to turn off cl_autodownload.

btw i'm using dfengine 1.08
