Quake 3 Weapon skins

Heey guys, im new to defrag and i was wondering if there is a site where i can get new weapon skins?, i saw many different skins and someone told me there was a orange and blue rocket launcher skin which was pretty kick ass:P anyone knows a site for good weapon skins? (ps not models, only the skin)
