+strafe and "phobscript"?

well i dont know anytihing about cheating etc and things like that,
and when i watch in forum or mainpage on mdd i see this 2 things by banned players
but i dont get it what that is.
is m_forward cheating too and can anyone describe pls what +strafe is and how does it works .
maybe anyone knows what phobscript / jump is , i hope it was spelled like this ?

As far as I can see m_forward is the multiplier for +strafe. I don't see a problem here. There was one case in which you could have abused it 2 month ago. But i fixed that.

+strafe is on when you move the mouse and you player walks instead of looking around. It's probably what you know as m_forward. It's mostly used to help getting bounces and diagonal overbounces.

what phobscript / jump is [...] ?

A phop is the same as a rocket jump. You just use the plasma gun instead of the rocket launcher.
You could call it pjump but it's more a tiny hop compared to a rocket jump.
A phop script or rocket jump script is just something that fires a rocket right after the jump to always get the maximal possible height. It can't be done by accident.

But it's highly unlikely that you do. Perfect height = rj same time/1 frame after you jump, being able to do that constantly... I don't think so :p
