hi! i like a lot this maps (apcup2013-vq3, flexz-p2, p3 and p4). and i think its a good idea make it one long strafe map. The order its: p2-p3-p4-apcup. i try but i have weird problems and i can work.
will be nice if someone make that :P
my english is bad! :/

Pan will probably delete it right away unless you have the permission of the author.

y, i think that.. never seen flexz in servers :(

Flexz is an ET mapper and stopped mapping/playing for a while now. When asked if his maps could be altered to be playable in vq3 he told me I can do with it whatever I want.

His original intent was to make all those maps into 1 big map anyway, so if you want to make 1 big map I don't think he would mind.

Atleast make it cpm friendly. The versions shio released have too many prejumps.

i'v got p2, p3 and p4 map files with properly aligned textures in brush primitives map format
can get apcup one too (or whichever you want)
note, you gotta rework lighting from scratch, unless you'll get srcs from author

nice! i use q3map2 to get the map file from the bsp, but i have that weirds problems and cant compile..
if you send me thats ones you have and apcup (vq3 version) will be very nice. i work in the rest of necessry stuff! even ask pan if this its possible, i will tell him whats timothy says (whit my english, at least i gonna try to talk to him :P)

pd: i use ./q3map2 -game q3a -convert -format map [.bsp] to convert, i think is the right command, but..
my english is bad! :/

Added -exportents option to q3map2 and q3map2_urt: some idTech3 games can load entities from a separate file than the .bsp


Has anyone tried this?
