Hello!
I'm trying to make my first map on GtkRadiant v1.6.3, but I have some troubles with the entities configuration. I just can't see nothing in entities menu, this is what I see:

I'm using Windows7. Where is supposed to I must put the entities.def and defrag.def files?
Radiant doesn't open my projects and maps files too. It says No Worldspawn Found.
Maybe I've do something wrong while configured at the first time.

Hope you can help me.

Hi, thanks for reply.
I already saw that post. My problem is in another way 'cause I don't see any entity in my list, neither the quake3 entities.
I chose the q3a engine path in radiant preferences and I set defrag modification, but still no working. I place the defrag.def and entities.def in the right place I guess Q3A/baseq3/scripts/ , for some reason radiant doesn't read the files.

Maybe, someone that use GtkRadiant 1.6.3 want to explain me how to setup it .
Or, upload a file with radiant already set up.
Would be great, thanks :)

too few info man!
could at least post radiant's console

my guess is: have to run radiants setup 'as admin', so it could save settings

ye, normally radiant's setup places entities.def to your baseq3/scripts, aswell as other stuff, needed for mapping

thanks for reply guys and forget everything.
I just got it
I got another copy of q3a and configured everything again and it works now
so, maybe there was a file missed or something like that, I can't say.
Yup, the correct location for entities.def is q3a/baseq3/scripts
and the correct location for defrag.def is q3a/defrag/scripts
Well, I return with my projects.

I'm so embarrassed, but anyway :violin:
