problem whit defrag.ent

Hi! Im learning to making maps and using gtkradiant. i have the version 1.6.3.
I have problems whit defrag.ent, i dont know where tu put it. i use debian 7 64bit. In home/user/ are two folders: GtkRadiant and .radiant/1.6.3. I tried to put it both and nothing (following the structure q3.game/defrag). In .radiant/1.6.3/ there is a folder q3.game, i tried in that place too but dont works.
Hope some one can help me, thanks!

thanks for the answer, but dont works. the ents ( target_checkpoint, target_startTimer and target_stopTimer, etc) still not showing in the menu "target"

thats it!!!! thank you very much!!!! I think the problem was the .ent file, whit .def works.
The correct location for me is: home/user/.q3a/baseq3/scripts/; and /.q3a/defrag/scripts/ works too.
