It would be grinding slow to access it, though. Dual/Tripple channel goes out the window at that amount of ram.
I have 2gb of ram and never got even close to maxing it out. The only way to do that is to have ramdisks or running high frequency EM-simulators like feko. Both are not common for the enduser or defrag player.
So? What do you guys actually do with your ram besides having it? Most of it is used for caching files you opened a while ago anyway. (Yeah, even Microsoft found out how to do that.)
