People pretty much agree here. I think we can make that a rule.

Now i need help with the text for the rule describing this kind of cheat. How about this attempt?

"It is not allowed to bind any actions that alter the movement of a player to your mouse wheel."

Well written rule. Let's add:

"It is not allowed to bind any actions that alter the movement of a player to your mouse wheel/auto-action keys/devices." just for some "smart" guy who make some "device" that will do jumps for him. And ofc it cover all 'G15 like' key scripts 8-)

I had a funny though the other day. I have a friend, who like me, also plays stepmania. And he's really good at "jacking", which is pressing the same button on the keyboard with the same finger. And imagine I would connect an extra keyboard and then bind some button to +moveup and then I would tell him to start pressing when I get to a big stair ;P
And as I thought of this, it occurred to me that there is nothing written here about two or more people playing at the same time on one player :P

ZyaX lol :D But there is a proposition of rule that will cover this:

"You are not allowed to play using another players account."

That's already covered by another rule in a different thread I think.

Mwheeling is needed to be able to compete on many maps. Although if all mwheeled times were magically deleted, I would definitely not support the use of mwheel.
